BEDROOMS:
1.-Floors must be swept and moped with Bona.
2.-Beds made with clean fresh linens
3.-All areas dusted
4.-Picture frames dusted
5.-Mirrors cleaned
6.-Windowsills dusted
7.-Fingerprints removed from all woodwork, doorframes, and switch plates
8.-Trash emptied
9.-Clean baseboards
10.-Lampshades dusted
11.-Light, general straightening completed
12.-Empty drawers
BATHROOM:
1.-Sink thoroughly cleaned, disinfected, and rinsed
2.-Tub and/or shower tiles thoroughly cleaned, disinfected, and rinsed
3.-Chrome fixtures cleaned and shined
4.-Toilets disinfected inside and out, including base and behind
5.-Vanity top cleaned
6.-Mirrors cleaned
7.-Window sills dusted
8.-Trash emptied and liner/bag replaced
9.-Baseboards dusted
10.-Sweep and/or wash floor
11.-Fingerprints removed from all woodwork, doorframes, and switch plates.
Other Living Areas, Including Hallways and Stairs:
1.-All areas dusted including blinds
2.-Cushions and pillows fluffed and straightened
3.-Hardwood or tile floors damp-mopped
4.-Baseboards dusted and cobwebs removed
5.-Window sills dusted
6.-Check sofa, beds, making sure is crumbs under
KITCHEN:
1.-Countertops and backsplash cleaned
2.-Cabinet fronts dusted (fingerprints removed)
3.-Sinks scrubbed and disinfected
4.-Floor sweep/vacuumed & mop
5.-Exterior of appliances (oven inside and out, refrigerator, dishwasher, stovetop) clean Microwave
inside and out
6.-Small appliances wiped
7.-Windowsills dusted
8.-Baseboards dusted
9.-Blinds Clean in the entire house
10.-Fingerprints removed from all woodwork, doorframes, and switch plates
11.-Trash emptied and liner/bag replaced
12.-Clean and dust tables and chairs
13.-make sure in not dishes on the dishwasher
14.-make sure you turn on the food disposal to make sure is no food inside to make the unit stink
GENERAL:
1.-Clean all light fixtures and light bulbs if need it
2.-Clean all light switches
3.-Clean ceiling fan blades and light if need it
4.-Dust cobwebs from the corners of the ceilings
5.-Spot clean walls if need it
LAUNDRY ROOM:
1.-Vacuum the floors or sweep and mop
2.-Check washer and dryer after each cleaning making sure is no clothes inside or dirty
EXTRAS:
1.-Make sure the tags from towels and sheets are not showing
2.-Make sure Shampoos, Conditioner, body wash are full
3.-Make sure is nothing damaged or missing report any items left behind
4.-Report any evidence of smoking
5.-Report any pet hair on the property
6.-Be sure to clean the patio, table, chairs, grill, and trash can
